The Polish police TETRA-network was based on Motorola Dimetra IP 3.8 and has been replaced by TetraNode technology – a full soft switching and IP based solution from Rohill - to allow for integration with-LTE networks if required.

Rohill have stated that the migration of the two live-systems was completed without significant issues or observations. Police were able to keep using their TETRA-radio during the migration and no reprogramming was required.
