Airbus will also service the network and maintain it under a five-year contract. seNet’s legacy base stations will be replaced with those using Airbus’s TB3 technology and the whole network will be expanded through a step-by-step process , in line with STEAG's requirements.
STEAG operates its seNet TETRA communication system in Germany’s Ruhr area and makes its secure communication services available to other organisations such as industrial companies, public administrations, fire-fighters, and rescue services.
