Kaae will lead the company’s direct government and commercial sales business across Europe, including Russia. He will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, sales and business development across the region.
Kaae has over 20 years of technology sales leadership experience, 10 of which were at Motorola Solutions. He has a strong track record of driving successful business strategies and fostering long-lasting customer relations in the IT industry.

Kaae is based in Denmark, where the company has worked with Danish blue light organisations and commercial customers for 50 years. Motorola Solutions in Denmark was one of the first initiators of the TETRA standard, and it was heavily involved in the development of the standard used by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
Motorola Solutions has provided Denmark’s nationwide TETRA radio system SINE (SIkkerhedsNEttet) for more than 10 years. The network guarantees highly reliable communication for police, rescue services and parts of the defence force through a dedicated, highly resilient and secure network.
