Sepura has appointed Andy Leeser as its non-executive director.
Leeser’s background is as a chief restructuring officer, with recent projects including Bella Italia, Café Rouge, the LA Fitness gym chain, and the Stanlow Refinery. He has, according to Sepura, a ‘proven track record of improving stakeholder value’.
Speaking of the appointment, Sepura interim CEO David Barrass said: "I am delighted that Andy is bringing his expertise to the business. His extensive experience will be an invaluable asset as we continue to focus on converting our strong pipeline of sales opportunities, reducing costs and improving cash generation."
Leeser said: “Sepura has a highly credible product portfolio and a strong order book. I’m looking forward to working with the company as it reasserts its position as a global leader in the provision of critical communications.”
