The technology in question includes the company’s TH3 hearing protection headset, its broadband repeater amplifiers, as well as its Digital Band III solution.
Discussing the latter in particular, a spokesperson for the company said: “Tait will be reintroducing its market-leading Band III frequency offer. Tait is the first and only radio manufacturer in the UK to offer DMR systems for Band III, which mitigates the congested, expensive frequencies of other bands.
“Congested, expensive frequencies have long posed problems for those seeking to expand their existing networks. Band III has opened LMR access to additional unused frequencies.
“With Band III, customers who have struggled to obtain licenses for limited spectrum space can license this frequency, escaping the congested frequencies of other bands.”
The hearing protection headset meanwhile is described as “designed to protect hearing and enable effective two-way communications in high noise environments.”
Other solutions on display, according to the company, will include “broadband repeater amplifiers, in-building coverage solutions, passive repeaters and signal distribution.” Tait is also bringing its DMR mission critical solutions, intrinsically safe portables and Axiom broadband devices/applications.
As well as the company’s presence in the exhibition meanwhile, its business solutions manager Dylan Earle will also be presenting at the conference on March 5th, speaking on ‘Learning from user feedback to improve critical communications’.
