Sepura has invested in new offices in both Malaysia and Australia due to demand for its TETRA products in the APAC region
The new premises, which opened in January this year, will support the recently released SC20 series of TETRA radios and provide more support for Sepura's product protfolio. The office facilities include training and conference rooms, a demonstration area, along with extra workspaces for visitors, facilitating partner training and local conferences.
The Malaysian office, based in Kuala Lumpur, features a dedicated order desk, permitting the receipt and acknowledgement of purchase orders within the same time zone, further enhancing the local customer experience. The Australian office, based in Melbourne, will enable Sepura to stock and ship DMR products from within the region, thus providing swift and reliable availability to local partners.

The continued success of our TETRA products, and the release of the SC20 series of hand-portable radios, has created additional demand for support and training which can now be provided locally.”
