The MoU was signed to allow the two organisations to better share and support their common interests for the global promotion and deployment of standardised critical communications technology, solutions and applications. Through the MoU, Nedaa and the Safe-Net Forum will work to support a culture of innovation.
Under the terms of the MoU, the two parties will form a joint working group, which will oversee the implementation of the agreed objectives. Both parties will attend the other party’s exhibitions, conferences, lectures, workshops and training courses; to share the best ways of using devices, solutions, applications and highlight any practical challenges experienced by users.
The signing took place in the presence of H.E. Mansoor Bu Osaiba, CEO; and Daehyoung Hong, chair of the Safe-Net Forum.
“Nedaa is committed to fostering cooperation, alliance and coordination between the public and private sectors. Signing the MoU with Safe-Net Forum reiterates our goal of providing network services and applications with high international standards, and will contribute towards knowledge sharing through a partnership that aims to provide benefits and advantages for public safety using latest applications,” said H.E. Mansoor Bu Osaiba. “We will establish all efforts to effectively carry out the terms of the MoU, developing mutual work in support of joint events and providing our vast experience in the field of secure private networks.”
