Sepura has extended its partnership agreement with Northern European channel partner Abiom.
The new agreement will cover Sepura’s full product range, which recently added Teltronic’s infrastructure and transportation portfolio and will build on a successful ten-year association between the two organisations.
Last month Abiom and Sepura completed Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at the TATA Steel site in The Netherlands. The deployment comprises a Sepura infrastructure of 5 base stations and 900 radios, featuring specific solutions for cranes and locomotives.
“Our journey so far has included many high profile public safety projects, including deployment of Sepura’s communications solutions to the Dutch and Belgium special forces,” said Kasper Barfoed, Sepura’s VP sales. “We look forward to winning many more prestigious contracts alongside Abiom, and are pleased to be able to continue to harness their professionalism and expertise to meet the challenges of critical communications users across Europe.”
Bas De Grood, Abiom’s CEO and owner, said: “I am pleased to extend our partnership with Sepura, and look forward to continuing our long run of success. Sepura’s enhanced product portfolio now provides us with the ability to offer complete end to end mission critical communication solutions across a whole range of sectors, not only public safety.
“Innovative products such as the new SC20 series of radios complement Sepura’s strengthened TETRA and LTE infrastructure offering, ensuring that we are able to continue to serve our customer base with solutions that address their ever-evolving communication needs and the operational challenges they face every day.”
