Sepura has appointed Richard Smith as its Group CFO.
Smith was previously CFO for a number of listed and privately held technology businesses, most recently Imagination Technologies Group. He has also held roles at Vodafone, Porsche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
“I’m delighted to be joining Sepura at this exciting time of expansion and growth,” said Smith. “The company has built a strong market position, and with the recent acquisition of Teltronic has created an excellent opportunity to capitalise on the growing worldwide demand for digital communications.
